The 2 world champions absent in Qatar 2022: Maradona and Müller

At the draw ceremony for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, two World Cup champions were absent: Diego Armando Maradona and Gerd Müller, both of whom have recently passed away. 

Both were expected to be present at the World Cup draw, but both passed away just before the draw, so their absence was felt at the ceremony.
