Erik Ten Hag has been one of the most criticized coaches in recent weeks. The Dutchman has not combined his attractive playing style at Ajax with Manchester United, but he is still achieving important results in the Premier League. United won their three November games, against Fulham, Luton Town and Everton, without conceding a single goal, which, together with November's results, has allowed them to come within three points of the Champions League places.

It is the third time that Ten Hag has won this award, after September 2022 and February 2023 and only Alex Ferguson, who has won this award 27 times, has won it more times at Manchester United. Ten Hag won the votes, made up of a panel of experts plus the votes of the fans, over Rob Edwards, from Luton Town, Eddie Howe, from Newcastle United, and Andoni Iralona, from Bournemouth.
