Manchester United is starting to plan in detail its new season. After qualifying for the UEFA Champions League, the club hopes to bring in players that will help them establish themselves in Europe and England. However, the future of a soccer player is extremely uncertain and now, a Manchester United coach could take him to Italy due to the lack of certainty of the English club.

He was one of England's most promising young players until an accusation of attempted rape put a stop to his career. And after a radical change in the judicial cover, the striker was able to play again and several institutions showed interest in the man of the Red Devils.

One of the clubs that will try to take Mason Greenwood will be Roma with an advantage in their favor. The Giallorossi have an old acquaintance of the young striker as Jose Mourinho. The Portuguese coach was the one who first brought him into the squad in December 2018. However, there is another Italian club that is also interested in his services.

Will Greenwood go to Italy?

The 21-year-old attacker remains part of Manchester United until June 2025 although he has not played a game of soccer for a year and a half after being detained in January 2022. Another Serie A institution that will be looking to sign him is Juventus, taking advantage of the fact that his price will be more accessible than in the past.
