Liverpool FC achieved one of the most important results of the moment. The Anfield team defeated a Fulham team that tried until the end and ended with a score of 4-3 in favor of the Reds. The English team has established itself among the top places in the Premier League and aspires to compete with Manchester City for the championship.
The match started more balanced than expected, however, Liverpool was not willing to give up space playing at home. After some attempts, and offside, The Reds took the lead in the 19th minute, when unfortunately Bernd Leno (Fulham) scored into his own goal.
The balance returned to equal the weights when at 23', Fulham responded with a tremendous left-footed shot that Harry Wilson placed close to the left post. At 38', as proof of the balance of the match, Liverpool scored the goal that gave them the lead again, Alexis Mc Allister finished off with his right foot and put it in the right corner. The second half began with Liverpool's offensive at its best, after the tie and wounded pride, The Reds wanted to take the lead from the beginning, but Raúl Jiménez's Fulham was able to control the attacks.
Raúl Jiménez's Fulham went to Liverpool to resist the locals, and he achieved it, more or less, with a goal in the 80th minute, which gave him a momentary advantage, by Bobby De Cordova-Reid, who finished off with a header with Assisted by Tom Cairney. But Liverpool had the last word, which was achieved with two goals, in the 87th minute by Wataru Endo, and in the 88th minute by Trent Alexander-Arnold. The Reds take the victory 4-3.
