Liverpool FC faced Bayern FC in a friendly that ended up losing 4-3, with disturbing news regarding the club's defensive level. However, what most caught the attention of the club's fans was the injury suffered by Alexis Mac Allister in the middle of the game, for which he had to leave the match with a face of pain.

Alexis Mac Allister, starter for Liverpool in the friendly against Bayern Munich, was injured at the end of the first half. It was a 4-3 win for the Germans over the British. Mac Allister was replaced in the complement by the Uruguayan striker Darwin Núñez.

The Argentine midfielder, world champion in Qatar 2022 and from Brighton & Hove Albion, ended the first half lying on the floor and with physical discomfort in his left leg. Mac Allister made his debut under Jurgen Klopp during the 4-2 win against Karlsruher, a team from the German second division, on July 19.

What does Klopp say about Mac Allister's injury?

According to the German coach, at the moment there is not much to worry about. In a press conference, Klopp said that he decided to replace him because there was no need to force him. For this reason, he made the change, but the Argentine is completely normal.
