Now that they have no money for nothing, Chelsea and their strategy to obtain the gem of Spanish soccer

The former Chelsea player has won 11 titles with the Sky Blues, including 3 Premier League titles, 5 Carabao Cups, 2 Community Shields, and an FA Cup, so he has won everything in England, he just lacks a Champions League to be crowned in the best way with Manchester City.

Currently, the Belgian is living one of his best seasons, where he has already scored 19 goals in all competitions, his highest amount since his arrival, surpassing the 17 goals he scored in the 2019/20 campaign. Of that tally, 15 goals have come in the Premier League. He has also dished out 13 assists this season.

Something important to mention about the Citizens star is that assists are his forte, and since he arrived in Manchester he has managed to give 122 assists, a huge and impressive amount.

That is why Kevin De Bruyne, at 30 years old, has increased his market value considerably.

How much does De Bruyne cost now?

De Bruyne joined City for 76 million euros after two great seasons with Bundesliga side Wolfsburg. That figure was stratospheric, yet he has been worth every penny. At the time, the Belgian was even Manchester City's most expensive player, until the current campaign, when Grealish took the label of most expensive player away from him, as the former Aston Villa man cost 117.5 million euros.

Now and despite being 30 years old, but thanks to his great form, the Belgian is worth 90 million euros according to the transfer market portal, which is, 14 million more than when he joined Guardiola's team. De Bruyne has been involved in 11 titles, 85 goals, and 122 assists during his career, so in the overall balance, the Belgian was worth what was paid at the time to the German team.
