Manchester City has significantly positioned itself as one of the best teams of the moment. The English team achieved a clear result and firmly positioned itself as the club to beat again in England. However, the club is also aware of a possible sanction that it may receive from the Premier League, due to the fact that they have breached more than 115 Financial Fair Play rules.

Pep Guardiola gave some statements about his future and the possible sanction of Manchester City in the Premier League. This sanction would come from a series of financial irregularities by the citizen team when signing and selling players. The problem has broken out after the league will punish Everton with a 10-point deduction for breaking the loss limit by 20 million euros.

The sanction that would await the citizen team would be more or less 30 points while it is investigated and a verdict is declared by the league. The punishment process in the case of the Mancunian team could take months, if not years, to be completed, which leaves a gap for the sky blues to appeal said decisions of the English league. We must remember that Manchester City is accused of 115 financial irregularities and the process is going to be very long so we will wait for what follows in the investigation.

The new low blow that Guardiola receives from the Premier League

Despite the team achieving an important result and regaining the top spot in the current Premier League season, Pep Guardiola was not considered one of the best coaches of the month by the English league. In fact, he was not even nominated among the options for November's coach of the month. An award that Pep Guardiola is more than deserving due to how he has turned around the situation in the team after injuries.
