Manchester City faces Arsenal FC in the final of the Community Shield in a match that becomes more complicated for Pep Guardiola's club against a great version of Mikel Arteta's team. One of those who were able to witness the game from the stands was precisely Josko Gvardiol, Manchester City's new player for the following season.

The 21-year-old defender is the second signing for the 2023/24 season of Spanish coach Pep Guardiola's team after the arrival of his teammate Mateo Kovacic. Gvardiol, 21 times international with Croatia, was one of the bulwarks of the selection in the last World Cup, where they signed a creditable third place.

Now, in the match against Arsenal FC, the club is not having a good time and Josko Gvardiol is aware of it. For this reason, from the stands, the footballer reacted with a serious face because he realizes the level that is played in England and all the work that he will have to do to enter Guardiola's club in the best possible way.

Will Gvardiol start at Manchester City?

Pep Guardiola has insistently placed himself in the signing of the Croatian defender for the following season, therefore, it is expected that the player will be one of the club's starting soccer players for the following season. Gvardiol has the experience and talent to be one of the pillars of the club and the reference defense that Pep Guardiola has loved so much.
