Nigerian striker's worst news for Liverpool FC

Liverpool FC is looking for important reinforcements for next season. The Anfield team wants to establish itself in a great way after failing to qualify for the next UEFA Champions League and now, after the departure of Bobby Firmino, is looking for a new reference in attack to form a great duo with Mohamed Salah. However, after Mbappe's refusal, they now receive bad news from another big target.

Victor Osimhen is a striker who is very much liked at Anfield. The Nigerian is a profile that suits what a player in the Premier League needs and after his incredible season with Napoli, Jurgen Klopp believes he is more than ready for Liverpool. However, now from Napoli they confirm the worst news of all.

After the presentation of the new shirts of the Italian club, the club president spoke at a press conference and on Sportimediaset also about the situation of their key man: "I hope that Osimhen will wear these shirts, but, if he doesn't, a very strong player will arrive who can replace him. In any case, I think Victor will stay for another year. The only club that could take him is PSG.

Is Osimhen's arrival at Liverpool ruled out?

The reality is that Liverpool FC has no intention whatsoever to spend around €200 million on a player other than Kylian Mbappe. Therefore, the arrival of the Nigerian is extremely complex ahead of next season. That is, in the absence of what may happen in the coming days.
