Trent Alexander-Arnold is the new No. 10 of the England national team. The Liverpool FC player surprised everyone in the match against Malta in the qualifiers for EURO 2024. The player even finished the match with a goal, showing off his new number in style. A situation that did not go unnoticed by Jurgen Klopp.

The right-back has the number 66 at Liverpool and it has been a characteristic number throughout his young career. However, the club realized that the player already has the number 10 in the England national team and therefore, they already make an important decision.

Liverpool's number 10 has long belonged to Sadio Mane. However, following his departure, the number has now passed into the hands of newcomer Alexis Mac Allister, ahead of next season. He even already posed with the number in several official photos during his presentation. Now, Liverpool FC and Jurgen Klopp finally decide what they will do with this number.

Will Liverpool FC take the number 10 from Alexis Mac Allister?

The reality is that Liverpool has no plans to retire the number of the Argentine player who recently arrived at Anfield. The player confessed that one of the main reasons he chose that number for his arrival at Liverpool is precisely because he has worn it for much of his career. However, he assured that it is a "great responsibility" to wear it and that he expects great joy in this new adventure.
