Manchester United are not having the easiest season under Erik Ten Hag. However, although he does not convince the game, the results are slowly beginning to arrive. Beyond the bad moment in the UEFA Champions League, the reality is that the English team is establishing itself in an important way and climbing positions after starting to win games in the Premier League.

According to The Sun, the dedicated Red Devils coach has been regularly arriving at the club's Carrington training headquarters before 7am and often stays several hours after the players have left. "No one can accuse Ten Hag of lack of effort," said a source. "Sometimes he arrives so early that he surprises the security and kitchen staff."

The report adds that although Ten Hag sometimes goes home for two hours in the afternoon, he tends to return to work until 8.30pm and is investing as much time as possible in trying to turn around the club's fortunes. Ten Hag spoke about Marcus Rashford's disappointing performances after the disastrous 4-3 defeat to FC Copenhagen in midweek, and he is not the only player struggling with form.

Complete trust in Erik Ten Hag

According to ESPN, Manchester United officials refuse to meet with agents if they believe they are trying to propose their clients to replace Erik ten Hag as coach, sources have informed ESPN. Ten Hag eased the pressure on his position with a 1-0 win against Luton Town on Saturday in United's final game before the November international break.
