According to @InformSevillaFC, Ezequiel Barco is the name that has gain strength for a new transfer rumour. Sevilla Fútbol Club, which won the Europa League a few weeks ago, has the idea of reinforcing their team with a youth player for the next UEFA Champions League.

Barco arrived to the Five Stripes two years ago after winning Copa Sudamericana with Independiente de Avellaneda. With only 18 years old at that time, he showed a fierce personality and world class dribbles what finally took him to play in the Major League Soccer.

However, it seems that his days at the US soccer would be counted. Sevilla is interested in him. The Europa League champions would need to spend arround $12.5M, according to Transfermarkt, to acquire the Argentinean midfielder. Barco, who has decreased his level lastly, had a great first season were he won the MLS Cup. Last year he achieved his second title after winning the US Open Cup.
