Chelsea and Manchester City put aside the Premier League to face themselves in the FA Cup semi-final. Pep Guardiola's men arrived emboldened after eliminating Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, while the Blues came from doing the same against Porto, where Christian Pulisic shone to the point of being selected as the MVP of the match.

Despite being an interesting duel starring two of the four best teams in the Champions League, both disappointed during the first 45 minutes. With few goal situations, neither of them managed to gain advantage at Wembley and went to halftime level without goals. The second half did not start well for the Premier League leader, much less for Zack Steffen. The goalkeeper, who today replaced Ederson by Pep's decision, went very far and Chelsea took advantage. Werner handed it to Hakim Ziyech and made it 1-0.

From there, Manchester City managed to take possession of the ball but it was difficult for them to generate discomfort for Kepa Arrizabalaga. Already at the end, in compensatory time, the American Pulisic put together an extraordinary individual play and scored a great goal, but the VAR canceled it. Finally, it was a triumph for Thomas Tuchel's men.

In this way, Chelsea got into the final of the FA Cup and must wait for the winner of the other key, which will star Leicester City and Southampton. The other ticket to the final will be defined this Sunday, also at Wembley.
