After a long negotiation, finally Houston Dynamo can celebrate the arrival of Mateo Bajamich, the striker aged 21 that comes from his former club Instituto Atlético Central Córdoba. The young attacker will join immediately the club and is supposed to be the replacement that Tab Ramos founded after the departure of Alberth Elis to Portugal.

Bajamich has allways played for his former club in Argentina Instituto, in the Second Division of that country. He made his debut for La Gloria in 2018 and since then he scored 10 goals in 28 appearances. Even though the Argentinian club was willing to retain him, the difficult pandemic context make them prefer to sell of one of the youngest talents, for $1.2 million.

Houston Dynamo was delighted for the incorporation and celebrated the firm that had placed a lengthy process of negotiation. The next step for Bajamich will be getting isolated to train for the next 14 days, before he can join his teammates and to finally get the International Transfer Certificate and the Visa that will allow him to play.
