Both Higuaín brothers are going through the end of their careers. Gonzalo, aged 32, had a very important one. He was formed in River Plate and played in teams such as Real Madrid, Napoli, Juventus, Milan and Chelsea. Federico, aged 35, was also formed at River, and didn't make it to top teams and plays in the MLS since 2012.

But, after more than 10 years as professional players, Gonzalo and Federico finally broke a streak of not playing a single game together. Inter Miami reunited the brothers, that shared the youth divisions in their former club River but did never play professionally with each other.

Higuaín brothers are the 18th pair of brothers to play together in MLS. In fact, and for the first time ever, there are fours pair of brothers playing right now at the U.S. league: Chara's, Slonina's and Roldan's.

Inter Miami tied 1-1 against Atlanta United in the game in which Federico entered just three minutes before the final whistle to make his debut. Now, the team owned by David Beckham is 12th in the Eastern Conference, trying to find its place in the playoffs zone. Next Saturday they will play against Montreal Impact.
