The relationship between Hirving Chucky Lozano and Gennaro Gattuso was never the best one, as many sources reported fights between the player and the head coach that make him play less than what he wanted. After more than a year of his arrival, the Mexican attacker starts to think that his time at the club may end soon.

Lozano wants to have more chances to play and not to alter between the bench and the field. Since his arrival, he played 47 matches for the Italian side, scoring 10 goals and giving three assists. It is said that the relationship with Gattuso ended when the player questioned him after some statements made to the press criticizing the squad.

Gattuso arrived Napoli on December 2019 and after 44 matches as a head coach, sport advisers decided to renew his contract until 2023, as it was recently announced. That decision made Lozano think that the club wants to keep the coach much longer and that he won’t have as many chances as he wants to.

Lozano is the interested on leaving soon and there are many clubs interested on signing him. The forward was formed in Pachuca and on July 2017 left to PSV Eindhoven. With an actual reported value of $35 million and a contract remaining until June 2024, we will have to wait and see which team can pay the fortune he is valuated at in this context of crisis.
