November 25 will be remembered forever as the day in which Diego Maradona died. At the age of 60 the Argentinian legend didn’t resist any more and, after suffering several health issues, finally died at Buenos Aires. His family and fans said goodbye to him in an historical ceremony.

But the day was also important at Portugal as Reinaldo Teles, administrator from FC Porto also passed away. He was 70 years old and died after suffering COVID-19. Jesus Corona, known as Tecatito, paid tribute to him and remembered him aside of Maradona assuring that it was a hard day for both of them.

On Wednesday, Porto played an important match of the Champions League group stage and defeated Olympique Marseille 2-0 on France. The victory made the Portuguese side escalate to the second position in Group C, after earning nine points on four matches played.

Corona played the game and afterwards said some words remembering both Maradona and Teles. The Mexican is comfortably installed in Porto since August 2015, when the club signed him for $11 million from FC Twente. He was formed in Monterrey and his contract with his actual club will end on June 2022.
