The background of Gareth Bale's return to Tottenham Hotspurs

Gareth Bale has been in the centre of transfer rumors lately. Different reports have said that the soccer player born in Wales was never confortable at Spain and a chance of returning Great Britain to play agan in the English Premier League was emerging. A Zinedine Zidane's statement would reinforce the idea and finally Tottenham Hotspurs announced his arrival.

A 20 million dollars loan with a purchase option is the negotiation that has trascended for Tottenham Hotspurs acquiring Bale until the end of 2020-21 season. "We've never had a problem," Zidane said in a pre-match press conference. "I know what he's done for this club. No one will change that ... It isn't done yet, so I can't say more, but we haven't had problems like some say. If there's a change now for him, all I can do is wish him the best," he affirmed.
