Inter Miami made their new star Gonzalo Higuaín happy after signing, a few day ago, his brother Federico. This meant that the Argentinian brothers reunite after 15 years. The Higuaín brothers already played their first minutes together at the MLS, during the tied game between Inter Miami and Atlanta United.

After playing their first game together the Higuaín brothers gave their first interview together. During the interview they remembered their childhood and related their first moments as footballers in River Plate. In addition, Gonzalo assured that he learned a lot from his brother Federico.

El "Pipita" said that they played together in the River Plate second team and that Federico taught him hiw to play in his position as an offensive midfielder. He added that his brother pointed him out many things to improve. The former Real Madrid player said that he learned a lot from his brother and also from Juan Roman Riquelme, one of Boca Juniors' greatest idol. He assured that now he is a more complete player thanks to the help of both of them.

Gonzalo also assured that he will seek to enjoy the reunion with his brother because during his time in Europe it was difficult to share moments with Federico. He pointed out that now they are facing a new stage since both already have formed a family. They want to share family time and enjoy playing football while recovering the time that soccer took away from them.
