Javier Hernández is one of Chivas' emblem of the modern era. Having emerged from the youth academy of the club, Hernández left the city of Guadalajara in 2010 towards Manchester where he signed for the 'Red Devils'. Since then, a large portion of the fans of 'el Rebaño Sagrado' had been dreaming of 'Chicharito's homecoming.

One week back, the President of the institution Amaury Vergara revealed that Hernández's agent already had a proposition regarding the return of the Mexican star to the club that saw him grow and develop as a professional footballer. Chivas coach, Juan Manuel Vucetich talked to Azteca Deportes about the real options of counting with 'el Chícharo'.

Also known as 'el Rey Midas', Vucetich considers Javier Hernández to be "a striker with a big career" but he leaves the door opened before a possible return to the Mexican League. 'El Chicharito' is not going through the best moment moment of his career and a change of air could certainly be good for him.

"Javier has had an amazing career. I think it's only in the last years where his performances declined a little, but he has always been a great player", Vucetich declared. "Wherever he played, he scored goals and I think he has sometimes been misjudged. He has been compared to others but has always been a good footballer", the coach stated.
