Marcelo Bielsa is probably one of the best head coaches in the world. His soccer philosophy is one of the most known and acquired by several teams in the soccer elite specially Josep Guardiola's Manchester City FC. After achievieng promotion in the last season, Leeds United become a world sensation and most of that became after a former MLS player: Jack Harrison.

The 23-year-old midfielder was born in Stoke-on-Trend in England but nine years ago he moved into the United States of America. In his teenager life he assisted Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts. On December 2015 he joined the City Football Group and started playing at New York City Football Club. After two seasons, he returned England to play for Middlesbrough Football Club.

Nowadays, he is one of the principal picks of Marcelo Bielsa in Leeds United. At the last English Premiership champion he played in 93 games and scored eleven times. Last week he scored against reigning champions Liverpool Football Club and seems that Bielsa will still continue selecting him.
