The Mexican striker is having one of his worst seasons in his career, and Guillermo Barros Schelotto is not the only one thinking about a replacement.

Chicharito Hernández become an elite striker in Europe after 4 seasons at Manchester United, one at Real Madrid, and six more between the Bayer Leverkusen, the West Ham United and Sevilla. Although, he came to the MLS as the replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimović but the expectorations were way too high for him.

The end has come for Chicharito playing for the International Team. A group of fans has voted in a survey to search for a replacement. Only 20% of Mexicans voted to keep him in the squad. People are saying that the team needs new strikers such as José Juan Macías or Alexis Vega.

Gerardo Martino, Mexico’s coach, decided to leave him out and now he has the approval of the fans. The national career of the historical goal scorer has come to an end. The actual season was below average for the player, LA Galaxy cannot win when he is on the pitch, the team lost 6 of the last 7 matches and draw 1.

Martino picked Raul Jimenez, Henry Martin and even Alan Pulido for the last international break over Hernández. It seems to be a miracle if he does it again to the team, LA Galaxy is almost out of the Playoffs the same way Hernández is almost out of the team.
