There is a huge problem with the Mexican this season and is the lack of goals, can he reverse this situation or is this the end for him at MLS?

With 1 goal in 8 matches Chicharito’s stats are falling apart. Guillermo Barros Schelotto gave him an ultimatum because the team needs, goals more than ever. LA Galaxy is on the bottom of the table and if they want to keep dreaming about getting a spot in the MLS Playoffs, they need a win against SJ Earthquakes.

In the worst scenario, the coach would be forced to bench Hernández and would have to choose a substitute to start for the rest of the season. Does that mean the end of his career? The 32-year-old striker is struggling in the MLS and maybe going to the Liga MX would not be a bad choice.

In his country, he played in Guadalajara 4 seasons and then went to Manchester United where he stayed for 6 seasons and scored 59 goals in 157 matches. After a really great career, his scoring percentage decreased with the years and now is facing a really hard challenge. Chicharito needs to become once again the main player that was in the Premier League.

Some fans are trying to defend him saying that the LA Galaxy have yet to figure out a way to win with him in the team, and it could be true. Chicharito is not the tall and strong striker that can play alone, but neither he is a win with pace and stamina to play aside with another striker. Can Schelotto find him a new place in the team?
