Weston McKennie arrived at Juventus for this new season on loan from Schalke 04 in exchange for 4,5 million dollars and an option to buy for 18,5 million dollars plus 7 million ad ons. Since his arrival he hadn't been able to earn a reegular starting spot in Andrea Pirlo's team.

He said he is very moved to start playing for Juventus, and specially about been coached by Andrea Pirlo, one of the best players to ever do it in his same position. Non-the-less, he is still some steps behind Rodrigo Bentancur and Adrien Rabiot in Pirlo's preference.

But since the game against Spezia of this weekend he will now have his chance as starter in the UEFA Champions League game against Ferencvaros. Accordign to La Gazzetta dello Sporto, he will replace Rabiot while Brazilian Arthur will replace Uruguayan Bentancur.

This is good news for the USMNT just days before the team reunited for the friendly matches of November. On the other hand, Pirlo will innovate by putting Cristiano Ronaldo as a center-forward together with Morata. Paulo Dybala, who isn't playing well lately, will stay in the bench.
