Lionel Messi joined Paris Saint-Germain and shook up the European summer transfer market. This transfer was a mega event not only for Paris but also for soccer worldwide. But PSG is not standing still and is going for Cristiano Ronaldo, so the French club is looking to form an unprecedented team and the fans will be delirious to see Messi next to Ronaldo.

Sports media have confirmed the intentions of the Paris team to acquire the Portuguese striker. The signings of the powerful team, whose finances are leveraged by the contributions of Qatari capital, would be when French Mbappé leaves PSG for Madrid or when his contract comes to an end with Juventus. With the pass in their possession, they would face the negotiation for the salary, as they did with Messi recently.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi's objective is to think of a possible replacement for Frenchman Kylian Mbappé, who is considering leaving the club at the end of his contract and could be destined for Madrid. His place could be taken by Ronaldo, the all-time top scorer in the Champions League, the trophy most prized by the Parisian team's authorities.

PSG want Pogba

In the case of Pogba, his contract with Manchester United will expire in June 2022 and among the interested parties are Juventus, where he played four seasons before his move to England.

If no one imagined to see two sporting rivals like Messi and the Spanish Sergio Ramos, former Real Madrid captain, playing in the same team - as they will do this season with PSG - it would also be surprising and unexpected that the Argentine star and the Portuguese player would share a team. And adding Pogba to them would give even more "dreamteam" status to the Paris outfit.

If both transfers are completed, PSG would add two new stars to a team that includes not only Messi and Ramos, but also the captain of the Brazilian national team Neymar, Argentineans Ángel Di María, Mauro Icardi and Leandro Paredes; Costa Rican Keylor Navas, Italian Eurocup champion Gianluigi Donnarumma, Dutchman Georginio Wijnaldum and Moroccan Achraf Hakimi, among others.
