The turns of life and football. During an important stretch of the current season, the American striker Christian Pulisic didn't add minutes on the court and his future at Chelsea in England was in doubt; However, times have changed and his next steps seem to be clearer.

It's that after a first semester where he went from being an undisputed starter in the Blues, with Frank Lampard as coach, to not even being considered by the German Thomas Tuchel, in recent months he returned to have prominence, not only in the Premier League, but than in the UEFA Champions League, where he was key to reaching the final.

For this reason, doubts regarding his next steps were on the horizon; However, it was Pulisic himself who clarified what will happen to his future, and in dialogue with journalist James Olley, from the ESPN network, he made it clear what he will do with his career in European football. "I'm happy here, it's been two incredible years. People always doubted: if I didn't play, if I would go there, if I would go here. I love challenges, I love competing and I love the position I'm in; I'm enjoying my time here”, he left assuring the Wonder Boy.

Regarding the next two challenges for Chelsea, such as the FA Cup final and at the end of May, the Champions League definition against Manchester City, Pulisic emphasized that "finishing with the two trophies would be incredible and I would definitely enjoy my summer much more, that is the goal, it would be something very special after this season that has been full of ups and downs".

One of the novelties that has had with the arrival of Tuchel to the London box is that the American has had to adapt to other functions on the field, far from his natural position as a forward, describing it as "it's a different position, but I'm used to it".

"It's a slightly different system, a different lineup, the way the offensive midfielders are a little more central with the full-backs leading. But similar ideas, offensive, there's no exact way to say 'you have to do this.' to make decisions instinctively and be creative and change things. That is always the same", said Pulisic.
