Inter Miami's fans are losing their patiences. David Beckham too. Gonzalo Higuaín, after seven games on the MLS, can't find his rhythm in the Major League Soccer. Even when the former Argentina center-forward has been one of the top goal scorers of the whole world, he can't really make a difference in the US league yet.

Fans aren't disposed to admite this. Inter Miami pays 7 million dollars a year to Gonzalo Higuaín. That's just a bit less of Romelu Lukaku's salary in Inter Milan. To have an idea, right now Gonzalo Higuaín's salary is higher than the salary of any player at Inter Milan other than the Belgium forward.

Higuaín assited Rodolfo Pizzarro for Inter's goal today. His assist showed his quality: he is a player of other level. That's just what angers the Inter fans the most. They know Gonzalo Higuaín is much more than what he is showing by the moment. And they aren't minded to let him use them as a playground where to make money while he gets ready for his retirement.

Inter Miami has accomplished each and everyone of Higuaín's desires. His has not only one of the biggest salaries of the whole league, but also he has forced the front office to recruit his brother. And they did it, even when that meant to lose important actives reserved for other objectives. Inter is facing elimination. Is time for Higuaín to show that he isn't on vacation. Or, at least, that he doesn't take it that way.
