Ronaldo has scored many free-kick goals throughout his career, and he continues to do it with Al Nassr. Ronaldo is also known to take a deep breath before taking a free kick. CR7 revealed why he does it and says that it has become a habit. The Portuguese striker said, "Taking a breath before taking a free kick or penalty kick makes me calm; my heart rate decreases." When asked if he trains to do that, he said, "Yes, you have to practice. I do that in every practice, not just in matches, and it has become a habit for me."

Ronaldo has scored a total of 63 free kicks throughout his career and scored two in one match last month in the Saudi Pro League. The Portuguese icon scored two free kicks in around ten minutes in the 8-0 win against Abha. CR7 scored a hattrick in that game against Abha and then was substituted at halftime, which showcases the great performance he had in that game while only playing 45 minutes.
