Joao Felix might have to leave Barcelona despite showing signs of improvement since his arrival in September last year.
He was rewarded with a pay rise which was approved by La Liga for "Fair Play purposes" despite Barca's financial struggles.
His salary jumped from USD 437,710 to USD 437,7100 per year, which is a 10x pay rise.

The Portuguese star has since been accused of an attitude problem which might force Xavi to deliver the bad news to him.
There was hope and the possibility of securing him permanently with Atletico Madrid clear in their position of not having him back.
He doesn't see eye to eye with Atleti manager Diego Simeone, who went as far as forcing him to train for the reserves during preseason.
