Although Ancelotti has better season with Madrid, Xavi beats him by these stats

Real Madrid look like heavy favorites to win almost every competition that they are competing in. Madrid has already won a trophy this season after beating FC Barcelona 4-1 in the Spanish Super Cup final in Saudi Arabia last month. Although Real Madrid and Carlo Ancelotti are shining, the Italian manager doesn't have a better record than Xavi.

Carlo Ancelotti rejoined Real Madrid in 2021 after quitting Everton. He joined Los Blancos after Zidane's resignation. He started amazingly for Real Madrid in his second spell as he won La Liga and the Champions League in the 2021/2022 season. In the 2022/2023 season, Ancelotti guided Real Madrid to a UEFA Super Cup trophy and a FIFA Club World Cup. They also won the Copa del Rey after beating Osasuna 2-1. This season, as mentioned before, won the Spanish Super Cup against FC Barcelona. Madrid is 1st in the league with 56 points, two points ahead of Girona and 8 points ahead of Barca in the league. Madrid only suffered two losses in all competitions.

Xavi Hernandez joined FC Barcelona in November 2021, replacing Ronald Koeman. In his first season with Barca in the 2021/2022 season, Barca placed second in the league after being in 9th when he first took over. Last season, FC Barcelona won La Liga and the Spanish Super Cup ahead of Real Madrid. Barca won the league last season with 88 points and only suffered 20 goals. This season has been a nightmare as Barca are third in the league, suffering 30 goals so far. The team has been damaged due to injuries, and Xavi announced to leave the club at the end of the season.

Despite Ancelotti having a better season with Real Madrid, Xavi has more wins with FC Barcelona

Mundo Deportivo has reported a statistic between Carlo Ancelotti's and Xavi's records. In 83 matches, Xavi has won 57 matches, while Ancelotti has 56. This starts from where Xavi started his time as Barca coach. Ancelotti had two more months over Xavi since Ancelotti started the 2021/2022 season with Madrid, while Xavi took over Barca in November 2021. They both lost 12 matches while Xavi drew 14 compared to Ancelotti's 15.
