Zinedine Zidane decided to retire as a coach more than two seasons ago. The Frenchman took a long break to be with his family and prepare to win more championships. At Real Madrid, the former footballer won three Champions League and the fans want him to return to work.

Zidane has turned down offers from PSG and was close to working with the French National Team, but he still hasn't found a team but now he made a revelation that has surprised everyone in this transfer market.

"I miss the high-level adrenaline. When you're away, you look at it differently. I haven't had that in 2 years, but it will come." He said in an interview for Telefoot.

Zidane was interviewed and asked if he would like to work with Kylian Mbappe, a French striker who could be hired by Real Madrid, and his answer was surprising: "When you're a coach and there's a player like him, of course you want to train him. Many things can happen. It could happen one day. He's a player who wears the French team well. In any case, I admire what he does. It's beautiful how he plays football and he's strong," he told L'Equipe newspaper.

Zidane is close to returning to Real Madrid

The Mundo Deportivo site reported that Zidane is the great candidate to be the new coach of Real Madrid when Carlo Ancelotti's contract ends in 2024. Zinedine has a great relationship with president Florentino Pérez and this may be key for him to return to work at the White House.
