Cristiano Ronaldo is bound to leave Saudi Arabia sooner than expected.

No matter the age or the place where he plays, Cristiano Ronaldo continues to be one of the most popular and influential players on the entire planet, and therefore, every move he makes is viral in every corner of the world, from Saudi Arabia up to the United States.

Now, the Portuguese is viral once again, although it is not for a footballing reason. FIFA punished Al Nassr without being able to buy players for a year and a half, this, due to a series of non-payments. Given the constant reinforcement of Al Nassr's rivals, Cristiano Ronaldo would have asked for his departure, since they will not be able to compete in the league.

This was confirmed a couple of months ago by his former coach at Al Nassr, Rudy García: "Cristiano Ronaldo is a positive addition, as he helps to disperse the defenders," said Rudi García. "He is one of the best players in the world. He will not end his career at Al Nassr, he will return to Europe."

Where will he play?

It is the million dollar question, because, from Diario Marca, Newcastle United's interest in Cristiano Ronaldo was confirmed, an club that, it is worth noting, also has Saudi owners. Now, it is expected that in the coming weeks it will be known for sure where Cristiano will play.
