The president of PSG, Nasser Al Khelaifi, sent a serious warning to Real Madrid regarding the future of Kyllian Mbappé. In an interview given to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the leader opened up more than ever to the Frenchman's continuity and revealed his praise for his star.

Al Khelaifi's words make it clear that PSG is totally in the battle to retain him. Negotiations for the renewal remain open despite the fact that French media assure that there is very little chance that the player will end up extending his contract for another season. Real Madrid also doubts the incorporation of him due to the high cost of his card, which represents a problem of coexistence within the team.

The presidente didn't speak with Real Madrid and referred to the statement that the white club made denying negotiations with Mbappé to register for free in the summer. "I have not seen the statement from Madrid nor have I read it. We only worry about our work and do nothing else". In turn, he showered praise on the PSG star, in an attempt to try Mbappé staying in France: "Kylian is the best in the world, without a doubt. He is brilliant. He has positive effects for our young people and we are clear that we are building our future with him".

In his conversation with La Gazzetta dello Sport, it is clear that the young star is the present and the future of PSG: “Kylian is a player who is in an impressive moment and continues to demonstrate it every week. He is the best player in the world and there are no more decisions to make. He played in his World Cup finals and managed to score a hat-trick in one of them. For us he is a very important player for everything he means".
