Manchester City vs Wolverhampton is underway as the seventh week of the Premier League tournament has started today this Saturday September 30th; the Citizen are the top favorites to win their seventh straight game as they are facing Wolves, but things haven't come out as scripted due to Manchester City is now losing 1-0 at the Molineux Stadium.

Manchester City came from being eliminated from the EFL Cup (Carabao Cup) against Newcastle with a great goal scored by Alexander Isak and successfully managed to knock out Pep Guardiola's from their first competition of the season, but will look forward to conquer once again the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.
Manchester City hasn't been able to make any much harm or even jeopardize Wolves goalline, but only Erling Haaland in the early minutes of the matchup, until now, Wolverhampton has been able to contain Erlin Haaland and Julian Alvarez, Manchester City's top strikers.

What's next for Manchester City?

Manchester City has to forget its elimination from the EFL Cup by Newcastle and focus on the Premier League and Champions League, where they have demonstrated they are the top contenders for both competitions. 
For Pep Guardiola's luck, the injury reserve list has decreased, as they have key playmakers now available such as Jack Grealish and Kovacic that will surely help them to obtain more victories throughout the remainder of the season. Nevertheless, Bernardo Silva, Kevin De Bruyne are still injured and will probably stay out until the end of the year.
Manchester City schedule for the upcoming week will be: RB Leipzig for the second week of the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday October the 4th; Arsenal on Sunday 8th; and Brighton Hooves on October the 21st.
