Real Madrid secured another victory in their visit to Celta, maintaining their position as the top team in LaLiga. However, the triumph was overshadowed by Rodrygo's missed penalty, igniting Carlo Ancelotti's frustration.

The Brazilian forward took on the responsibility from the penalty spot, but the local goalkeeper, Iván Villar, guessed his shot correctly. This triggered annoyance within the coaching staff, as the penalty should have been taken by Luca Modric.

The frustration was so intense that Ancelotti elevated from the bench and threw a bottle to the ground, displaying his irritation at the missed opportunity. This moment quickly went viral on social media.

Fortunately for Rodrygo, Jude Bellingham managed to score the winning goal towards the end, maintaining their leadership in the standings. However, this didn't prevent a post-match challenge from the “mister” (referring to Ancelotti) during the press conference.

"There's no freedom to choose who should take the penalty (...) Yes, I am upset. There was a misunderstanding. It was difficult to communicate with the players. I told Valverde that Modric had to take the shot, but he didn't have the time to tell him," explained the Italian coach. Despite this missed penalty, Real Madrid remains at the top of LaLiga with nine points, awaiting the outcomes of Rayo Vallecano and Valencia (6 points), who still have one game in hand.

What are the new signings and departures of Real Madrid?
