Premier League football is back this weekend and the football fans around the world are grateful because of the high-level matches we had today. Manchester City won against Fulham with an Erling Haaland hat-trick to stay on top of the league. Surprisingly, he wasn't the only one that scored a hat-trick today in the Premier League.

Korean star Son Heung-min and 18 year-old Evan Ferguson also scored 3 goals each to give their respective teams the 3 points today. Tottenham captain lead his team into a comeback over at Burnley. On his side, Ferguson had an incredible performance and scored a hat-trick against Newcastle to give Brighton the win.

Some impressive milestones were hit today in the Premier League. Erling Haaland scored his fifth hat-trick after just 39 Premier League appearances. The Norwegian has now scored a total of 42 goals in the league since he joined Manchester City last year. Evan Ferguson became the fourth 18 year-old to score a Premier League hat-trick.

Son has just surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo and Didier Drogba goalscoring records

Son Heung-min collected his 4th Premier League hat-trick today and he has now scored a total of 105 goals in the league. That is more goals than Chelsea legend Didier Drogba (104) and multiple Ballon D'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo (103).
