Real Madrid lost yesterday against FC Barcelona in "El Clasico", in a crucial game due to the fight between the two giants to win the LaLiga title. After the victory, FC Barcelona almost secured the championship, being 12 points above Real Madrid in the standings.

Despite the victory at the Camp Nou, with a great image of those led by Xavi Hernandez, the reality is that Real Madrid fans (and the rest of the LaLiga teams) have given FC Barcelona a new nickname after the controversy, and of course, Barca fans were not happy about it.

It turns out that it is still not entirely clear why Real Madrid's second goal, scored by Marco Asensio, was disallowed. According to the referee, who went to VAR to check it, Marco Asensio was offside, however, the images are not entirely clear and have caused outrage among Real Madrid fans.

What is Barcelona's nickname?

As expected, the social networks were infested with derogatory comments towards FC Barcelona, and a sector of the fans began to call Barcelona "VARcelona", referring to the aid they receive. The truth is that the goal may have been correctly disallowed, according to FIFA rules.
