Real Madrid confirmed the departure of Eden Hazard, now, look at his sad destination.

Real Madrid have done their homework after a terrible season. The white team has thrown out Eden Hazard, Mariano Diaz, and has confirmed the departure of Marco Asensio, three players who will not be taken into account by Carlo Ancelotti in the starting eleven each weekend at Real Madrid.

The Belgian player had arrived as a Premier League star, from Chelsea, and arrived with the difficult task of filling the gap left by Cristiano Ronaldo when he went to Juventus, from Serie A. Despite arriving with high expectations, the Belgian failed miserably, and now Real Madrid have terminated his contract.

Now, not only does Eden Hazard have no official offers to join another top-flight team, but renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the 32-year-old is considering retiring from football, and that he is extremely saddened about the whole situation.

What did Real Madrid say?

In the official statement, these were the club's parting words: Real Madrid C.F. and Eden Hazard have reached an agreement whereby the player is cut from the club as of June 30, 2023. Eden Hazard has been part of our club for four seasons, in which it has won 8 titles: 1 European Cup, 1 Club World Cup, 1 European Super Cup, 2 Leagues, 1 Copa del Rey and 2 Spanish Super Cups. Real Madrid wants to express its affection for Eden Hazard and wishes him and his entire family the best of luck in this new stage.
