Manchester City is seeing better days, they are currently the leaders of the Premier League’s standings and remain with an undefeated streak since the last season when they won the treble. One player who has been since the beginning of Pep Guardiola’s project is Kevin De Bruyne who has played for the Citizens since 2015.

Recently, before the start of the 2023/2024 season, as we informed at El Futbolero, Manchester City gave De Bruyne (33) a contract extension that will be good for up to 2025, granting the defender a home and a club to continue developing his professional career until he is 35 years old, but who is gonna replace this Manchester City’s legend?

According to information given by City Xtra and The Secret Scout, Manchester City’s executives have already set their eye on this promising young Bayern Münich's defender: Jamal Musiala, the 20 year old German who is currently valued at 110 million euros (about 115 mdlls) according to Transfrmarket.

Musiala has already won multiple titles with Bayern Münich such as one UEFA Champions League, four times winner of the Bundesliga, three times winner of the German SuperCup, champion of the Europe SuperCup and one time World Club Champion. He registered 16 goals, 16 assists and was involved in 32 last season.
