The season for Inter Miami and for Lionel Messi is over. What seemed like it could be a fairy dream, with Lionel Messi rescuing the club from the terrible situation he found himself in, ended with a failed mission resulting from Lionel's injury. The Argentine was unable to play for four games with Miami, and the team failed to win any of those games.

Now, Inter Miami was eliminated from the Major League Soccer playoffs, and therefore the season ended for both. In United States soccer there is a unique clause in each contract, and that is that a player has the right to go out on loan for six months, as long as his team has not managed to qualify for the playoffs, as is the case with Lionel.

Since the world was informed about this clause, hundreds of rumors have now started about the immediate future of the Argentine player. There was even talk of a possible return to FC Barcelona. Now, a source close to Inter Miami has reported on the strong interest of Saudi Arabia in signing Lionel Messi.

This is no surprise to anyone, because before joining Inter Miami, Al Hilal was the team that offered the most money for Messi. There was talk of about 600 million dollars for the player, but that, however, he rejected. Now that it would be half the time, it is estimated that Messi's salary could be around three hundred million euros, which would be even more than what Ronaldo earns per year.

Which club could Messi join?

It is not yet known which team would be interested in obtaining the loan of Lionel Andres Messi. As we mentioned before, Al Hilal showed strong interest recently, so it wouldn't be crazy for them to try again. However, there are very powerful devices that have been greatly improved, and any of them could be a good option. Teams such as Al-Nassr FC, Al-Ittihad FC, Al-Ahli Saudi FC, l-Faisaly FC, Al-Shabab FC, Al-Taawoun FC, Al-Ettifaq FC.
