The Public Prosecutor's Office is requesting 5 years in prison and a fine of 10 million euros for Rosell, for corruption and fraud, and 2 years in prison and another 10 million euro fine for Neymar, for corruption in the transfer operation.

In the documentary evidence, DIS will also provide the interview that Florentino Pérez gave to the program 'Jugones' on laSexta, on February 3, 2016, and in which he assured that, paying all the rights holders, the signing of Neymar, who was also sought by Real Madrid, amounted to 150 million euros.
