Pep Guardiola is considered one of the best coaches in the world, the Spaniard is a great leader and a master of strategy, in all the teams where he has worked he has won championships and the players respect him for being a successful person with a strong minded.

 

Guardiola this season is fighting to win his fifth Premier League, the Champions League and the FA Cup with Manchester City, his team has shown great football and has helped Erling Haaland become the best striker in the world, the Norwegian has 48 goals in 41 games.

Pep Guardiola has been three times champion of the Spanish League, three times champion of the German Bundesliga and four times champion of the English Premier League. He has already left an eternal mark with FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City.

Guardiola revealed in an interview with Jorge Valdano his intention to retire as coach and surprised with his decision, the Spaniard plans to return to Barcelona but he does not want to lead Barça but Barcelona Athletic to develop new players.

“I will finish again where I started. I will take my last steps in the quarry, hopefully it will be at Barça. I think it's the best", said Pep Guardiola. The coach wants to work with young footballers and not work in the first team of FC Barcelona.
