Claudio Echeverri, better known as 'The new Messi', is one of the great young talents of Argentine soccer, and FC Barcelona has taken special interest in him. And, in fact, it is already being negotiated to be able to close it for next year, or at least that was being done until the first difficulties appeared.

According to 'TyC Sports', River wants the full termination clause, which is 25 million euros, if someone wants to remove him from the club. But Barça offered 30 million and the possibility of paying it in different installments, something that the River Plate team did not want to accept, at least for the moment.

Due to this and according to information from journalist Jordi Batalla from the media 'Mundo Deportivo', the Blaugrana team would focus its efforts on another jewel and talent from Europe that costs much less.

This is the Swedish winger, Momodou Sonko, 18 years old, who plays for Swedish team BK Hacken. The source cited above states that contacts for the player have already been confirmed from his country and that the club would expect to receive an offer of 9 million euros for the footballer to let him leave permanently. And although they do not share a position with the new Messi, it is clear that this investment is much cheaper than for the Argentine who has seen his cache increased by the performances both in River and with Argentina.
