Manchester City is looking for this Bayer Leverkusen jewel before Real Madrid takes it

Manchester City is going through tough times, they recently were eliminated from the EFL Cup in the third round against Newcastle; Rodrigo, the Spanish midfielder is suspended for three games, and their injury reserve has less players now, but still pretty important key playmakers.

Pep Guardiola is at ease, as he trust his team and thinks they will prevail once again as the Premier League champions for second consecutive year, nevertheless, they are keep looking for new young players in order to reinforce the team for the 2024/2025 campaign, and they think they have found their new playmaker in Bayer Leverkusen.

Florian Wirtz, Bayer Leverkusen's midfielder, has been a total discovery for Xabi Alonso’s team, as he has contributed with six goals in just seven games played, and has helped the German team scale to the second position of the standings of the Bundesliga, and Wirtz himself has said that he is happier than ever with the team.

Nevertheless, Manchester City has already set their eyes on this German jewel and will probably use the next summer window market to add Florian Wirtz, who resigned with Bayer in Leverkusen and will stay with the club until the summer of 2027. According to the website Transfermarkt, Wirtz is worth in 85 million euros (about 89.9 mdlls).

Manchester City is not the only one
