According to information from TyC Sports, the Brighton and Hove club was the first team to make an offer for 10 million dollars, nevertheless, the conclusion terms in Valentin Barcos contract with Boca Juniors is not enough to terminate it, but Manchester City surely has no problem paying more and is the leading club in Barcos sight.
