Soccer players’ egos are commonplace in every country, club, league, and age. There are a lot of reasons which are involved in these kinds of problems that appear in a squad like money, captain, subgroups, starter or substitute, and leadership, among others.

Players like Neymar and Mbappe, stars they and fans consider since their arrival at Paris Saint Germain, are frequently exposed to fame, their own reactions inside and outside the field, wrong or well attitudes every moment, external comments from supporters or rivals they face every week, and what they desire to do when a current contract finishes.

Both performances, besides Messi’s presence, were always put under the spotlight by the international press, PSG’s fans, and neutral’s followers of them. In each football match situation, like a penalty kick and a free kick near the opponent's goal, the matter always was who would shoot the ball. The ego at its maximum expression.

Furthermore, the coincidences in the football world aren’t sometimes coincidences literally. There are occasions when causalities earned coincidences by a landslide. And Neymar’s sale to Al Hilal for two years and a 160 million euros contract wasn't a fortune event at Parc des Princes.

Which was Mbappe's demand to PSG to continue playing in the club?

The same day that Neymar was sold to Saudi Arabia’s league, was the same day that Mbappe returned to PSG’s training. According to L’Equipe, “Kiki” told the French’s club he will continue playing there if the Brazilian striker must leave with no discussion. He won’t play with Ney on the same team, so Kylian returned so happy to Luis Enrique’s squad. Without Messi and Neymar, Mbappe transformed into a unique star to guide his teammates to win the next UEFA Champions League.
