Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most important players in the history of sports. The Portuguese player is placing himself in an important way in the last years of an impressive career, now with Al Nassr, being a figure and scorer in the Arab League. However, it seems that this would not be the footballer's last destination and there is a club where he would like to retire, but beyond that, a club where the footballer's mother would like to see him play.

According to the Spanish portal Diario Gol, the player born in Funchal would have the team's doors open to return to Sporting Lisbon, after having been one of the possibilities that the forward would have tested before heading to Saudi Arabia. At the Jose Alvalade they would receive the 'Bicho' with open arms. This team is the player's mother's favorite, and it is also where CR7 debuted as a professional.

Both the former Real Madrid scorer and Sporting Lisbon would be delighted to sign a return to Portuguese football, after more than 20 years. This being the case, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner would return to the elite, although the team that saw him born would set two conditions before repeating him. Firstly, Cristiano would have to drastically reduce his salary demands, since Sporting does not have the money to pay him 200 million euros like Al Nassr.

The Portuguese club honored its youth player with a shirt for the new season. Through their social networks, Sporting Lisbon unveiled their third shirt which is inspired by the Portuguese star who trained in their youth ranks and dazzled the world before moving on to Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and now in the Saudi Al-Nassr. This would be the best-selling shirt in the Portuguese team.
