Carlo Ancelotti is currently having too many headaches with the lack of variants in the left back position. In fact, the manager ended up playing as a starter was Eduardo Camavinga, whom the Italian coach had to improvise for a good part of the calendar due to the low level of Ferland Mendy and Fran García.

Fran García returned to the club after a spell away and all the chips were placed on him being able to keep that position without an owner. However, none of that happened due to his underground level that ended up condemning him with a performance to be forgotten against FC Barcelona.

Real Madrid is now betting on the star signing of Alphonso Davies for next season. For the Canadian player to arrive at the club, a player must be released in that place and Fran García must be one of those who has all the tickets to pack his bags and leave in the next transfer market. Neither the Spanish defender nor Ferland Mendy have been up to the task and that is why they are completely expendable footballers for the idea that the board of directors has.

Ancelotti's words on Arda Guller's injuries:

"He continues to bother him. It's nothing serious. The player is depressed because he is young and wants to play. It's a step back, it's not a relapse. We have the break to recover."
