Inter Miami won again at the hands of Lionel Messi, this time in the Argentine's debut in the MLS against the New York Red Bulls. The striker did not start the game, but he entered in the second half where he scored a great goal and settled the game 2-0 to give Inter Miami hope of achieving the unthinkable and qualifying for the playoffs.

The arrival of Lionel Messi in Miami could not have been better. The Argentine soccer player arrived for free this summer after finishing his contract with PSG and after his first month, he already won his first title with the team, as well as taking them to the final of the US Open Cup. The player now has the challenge of trying to qualify for the club to the MLS playoffs, where they are last in their conference.

In his first game in Major League Soccer, after a great wall with Cremaschi, Messi was left alone in front of the goal and sent the ball into the back of the goal, thus reaching 11 scores in nine games with the MLS team. This did not go unnoticed by the club's owner, David Beckham, who praised the Argentine.

What did David Beckham say about Lionel Messi?

On this occasion, the former soccer player shared a photo of him on his networks -which was taken from the stands- in which the Ten can be seen surrounded by rivals who try to mark him but cannot. "It's very beautiful to see," the club owner wrote next to the image. The Englishman seems to have made the most important signing in MLS history.
