Inter Miami was crowned one of the best teams of the moment in the United States after winning the Leagues Cup against Nashville. The American team established itself in the final thanks to a Lionel Messi goal and an agonizing penalty shootout in which they had to score 10 goals from the penalty spot to win.

The locals marked the ground at Geodis Park at the start of the decisive match, but around minute 23 the '10' appeared to sign a goal that is already history for United States soccer. This goal did not go unnoticed by the president of the Miami team, David Beckham.

Messi scored a great goal in the first half, with a long-distance shot that struck the corner; but in the second half he was matched by Picault and had to define himself from the eleven steps, after an exchange of dangerous plays that were about to settle the game for either side. Faced with this situation and after the title, David Beckham reacted to the game and had a few words for Lionel Messi.

What did David Beckham say?

"I signed the best in the history of football, I'm proud." Messi did it again, winning another title in his showcases after winning the Leagues Cup final with Inter Miami in a penalty shootout not suitable for the faint of heart. In addition, he became the footballer with the most titles.
